The Art 1 class explores the principles and elements of Art while giving students the freedom to
employ their own artistic decisions. Each session will be a unique experience in a variety of mediums including acrylics, watercolors, pastels, graphite, collage, color pencils, markers, and more. Every
student will finish two to three pieces of Art in each four-week session.
The Teen Seminar is designed to be individually oriented. Students work on their own artwork while participating in group discussions on the principles and elements of art. In this class, we
introduce the concept of Gestalt (working with the whole of the image). With guidance, the students
will be challenged to create and develop their own projects in the medium of their choosing, including acrylics, watercolors, pastels, graphite, collage, colored pencils, markers, and more.
The Adult Class is highly individualized. Beginners work alongside accomplished artists; acrylic landscape artists work next to abstract oil artists. We believe that having a variety of mediums, subject matter, and abilities in the same class exposes students to more concepts and experiences.
We host a variety of Art Parties, both private and public. We can also help you plan an event for your group, and design an Art project to fit your needs.
